Archival Arts offers basic, archival picture framing services for artists who need framing for resale. Our prices are usually much lower than the big box stores for custom framing. We do not offer retail framing for specialty items like T-shirts and objects. We offer Crescent Select and Peterboro mats, Art Glass, True Vue glass options and both regular and OP3 plexi.
Archival framing is strongly recommended for giclee prints on paper. Archival papers can be damaged over time due to sunlight, temperature, humidity and atmospheric contaminants like ozone. Using UV glass and sealing the art in the frame with a dust cover can greatly reduce damage over time to ensure optimal longevity. Framing is also highly recommended for canvas prints to protect the edges from cracking and flaking.

Our Gunnar computer mat cutter allows us to cut ovals, multiple windows, and designs in very little time. It is also extremely efficient at cutting quantities of regular mats.
