Archival prints are expensive and are meant to be very high quality. We strongly recommend having your original art captured on our Phase One system if you plan to make prints over 11x14. Please visit our Services page for more info on digitizing your art.
If you already have a high quality digital file,
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR FILE IS SET UP TO THE SIZE YOU ORDER!
WE WILL NOT PRINT IMAGES THAT ARE NOT SET UP CORRECTLY!!!
- TIFF file – full size at 300dpi (for example, 11x14 at 300dpi); Adobe RGB 1998 color profile
- JPEG file – full size at 300dpi (note: this is a compressed file); Adobe RGB 1998 color profile
- Adobe Illustrator EPS – embedded photos must be full size at 300dpi
Please note that we recommend submitting files at 300dpi at full size (images over 16x20 can be 200dpi).
We cannot guarantee your satisfaction with files under 200dpi!
